Documentary/Book/Podcast - Due 2/21

Image result for documentary imagesThis week we will be stepping away from the written word and researching by watching a documentary, book or podcast about your topic.

As you are selecting your medium to watch/listen to be sure that it is from a legitimate source and that the research is fact-based vs. a novel or something produced for pure entertainment.

Cite your source at the bottom of your blog.

On 2/21 I will begin grading all of the blogs.

"Blog" comes from two words: web log. Get it?   The purpose of your blog is to inform each other. This is important: your audience is the other students in this class. You need to carefully select information and present it in interesting ways that will help other students to understand and make decisions about their world-- don't waste their time! Background Blog - Due 1/17

Follow up from last week 1) Make sure your URL is under the comments section of my first blog post. 2) Make sure that you have a background post published that includes a general overview of your topic and three BIG questions that you hope to answer or use to guide your research.  Click on "view blog" to see if your post was published correctly.  Wikileaks This week we will start researching our topics and for that you will need to visit the library website.
