Share a Story



A personal story makes your history, statistics and analysis come alive - this is why they are an important element in a research report.

For this blog I want you to find a personal story to help illustrate your topic.  This can be a victim, a historical anecdote, someone who is doing the research or even someone who make previous breakthroughs.  Tell their story.

As always, the post needs to be 300-500 words and include two citations, however, I am going to live the academic research requirement for this blog.

Documentary/Book/Podcast - Due 2/21

This week we will be stepping away from the written word and researching by watching a documentary, book or podcast about your topic. As you are selecting your medium to watch/listen to be sure that it is from a legitimate source and that the research is fact-based vs. a novel or something produced for pure entertainment. Cite your source at the bottom of your blog. On 2/21 I will begin grading all of the blogs.

Background Blog - Due 1/17
